I gained 65 pounds during my pregnancy. Five weeks after having my baby, I began working out with Lauren. It took a lot of hard work and dedication but thanks to her I was able to lose all the weight and I feel great!
I trained with Lauren three days a week in the gym, but she was there every step of the way making sure I did my cardio on the days in between and monitoring my daily diet. Even though she was kicking my butt, we had a lot of fun in the process. She taught me how important it is to be disciplined with the food I put in my body. She shared healthy recipes, gave me cooking tips to make sure I was getting sufficient protein and taught me about limiting the amount of salt and starches in my diet. She would check in with me consistently to keep me on track and it really helped having that support. I can honestly say that I could not have done it without her.
Training with Lauren provided me with the tools I needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle and workout routine.
