Three years ago when Lauren asked me what my favorite snack was, I responded ‘Flamin’ Hot Crunchy Cheetos’. Now, I crave protein shakes and dry roasted unsalted almonds from Trader Joe’s. Do I still crave those Cheetos? Yes, of course I do! However, I feel so much better without them in my life. If I didn’t have such an amazing trainer, who is always pushing me and challenging me, I would have given into temptation every time. It is a lot of hard work to stay fit, eat healthy, and feel fabulous that it’s not worth “cheating” all the time.
I’ve been training with Lauren for the past three years and I’ve enjoyed every single minute of it. Honestly, I never thought I would be so excited to go to the gym. Our workout routine is always fun and very interactive. Now when I travel, I pack my workout clothes. This would have never been the case three years ago. I would have packed 4 extra pairs of shoes before even thinking about packing gym clothes!!
With a positive attitude toward fitness, her support during workouts, writing cardio and meal plans, and challenging me, Lauren has been a HUGE part of my life! She’s helped me reach weight loss goals and strength training goals. She’s even helped me enjoy cardio! I have been fortunate enough to find an awesome person who can make working out fun and entertaining! Thank you!!
