Lauren is an amazing trainer!!! She is very motivating and inspiring and I’m glad I have the opportunity to get to work with her. Workouts with her are always changing and challenging so you never feel bored. You’re never doing the same thing and that’s what makes our sessions so much fun!
Lauren has taught me how important my nutrition is. One of my biggest concerns were my eating habits. Lauren helped me with that by providing me with a meal plan, meal preparation advice to make eating the right foods at the right times easier for me. She gave me meal journals, which she collected weekly, to make sure I was making the right decisions and to hold me accountable for my choices. Then we would discuss what I needed to work on.
Working with Lauren has really helped me to stay focused and motivated during all my workouts. She’s always there to give me that extra push I need whenever I feel like giving up. I work with her 2x to 3x per week, along with her cardio recommendations on non-gym days, and I’m loving the results.

I gained 65 pounds during my pregnancy. Five weeks after having my baby, I began working out with Lauren. It took a lot of hard work and dedication but thanks to her I was able to lose all the weight and I feel great!
I trained with Lauren three days a week in the gym, but she was there every step of the way making sure I did my cardio on the days in between and monitoring my daily diet. Even though she was kicking my butt, we had a lot of fun in the process. She taught me how important it is to be disciplined with the food I put in my body. She shared healthy recipes, gave me cooking tips to make sure I was getting sufficient protein and taught me about limiting the amount of salt and starches in my diet. She would check in with me consistently to keep me on track and it really helped having that support. I can honestly say that I could not have done it without her.

One of the things I really love about our workouts is that they are constantly changing; I never know what I am in for! Lauren quickly realized how much I enjoy cardio and she knows how to exploit it during our workouts between intervals of weightlifting. She keeps workouts challenging and fun! By the end of the first six weeks I was hooked.
Within months, my body was definitely starting to change. I was doing cardio on my own, lifting weights, and eating pretty clean, but my body was not responding as quickly as I had anticipated. Lauren decided to take more control by writing me very specific cardio programs to do on my own. She ran calculations and emphasized how important it was to stay within particular heart rate zones.
Lauren is my biggest supporter with helping me stick to a plan, even when I am frustrated as hell. She keeps stepping up my programs, writing out things for me to do outside of my 3 workouts with her, and giving me nutritional advice. Training with Lauren is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I have lost over 20 lbs, toned up everywhere, gained strength and confidence. 4 years ago I looked in the mirror and was unhappy with what was staring back at me. I decided it was time to make a change and, knowing the type of person that I am, I knew I would need some help. I had never been in the gym before and was very intimidated by the idea of going once, let alone every day.
I made a budget and timeframe and brought it to Lauren for our first meeting along with one stipulation on our working together. I told her that I wanted a “Superior Body”. I wanted to be the person in the room that people looked at and said “WOW”. Lauren has helped me to meet every goal I set and has exceeded my every expectation.
This has been the best investment I have ever made. I now go to the gym at least 6 days a week and fitness is an integral part of my life. It has improved my life both personally and professionally and given me a mental clarity that I never before thought possible.

Three years ago when Lauren asked me what my favorite snack was, I responded ‘Flamin’ Hot Crunchy Cheetos’. Now, I crave protein shakes and dry roasted unsalted almonds from Trader Joe’s. Do I still crave those Cheetos? Yes, of course I do! However, I feel so much better without them in my life. If I didn’t have such an amazing trainer, who is always pushing me and challenging me, I would have given into temptation every time. It is a lot of hard work to stay fit, eat healthy, and feel fabulous that it’s not worth “cheating” all the time.
I’ve been training with Lauren for the past three years and I’ve enjoyed every single minute of it. Honestly, I never thought I would be so excited to go to the gym. Our workout routine is always fun and very interactive. Now when I travel, I pack my workout clothes. This would have never been the case three years ago. I would have packed 4 extra pairs of shoes before even thinking about packing gym clothes!!
With a positive attitude toward fitness, her support during workouts, writing cardio and meal plans, and challenging me, Lauren has been a HUGE part of my life!
